Digital advertising is a form of marketing that’s focused on using various digital channels to deliver promotional messages to customers. Influencer marketing is a more tangible and personalized form of advertising. Audiences of influencers follow them for a reason, they identify with them and they trust their expertise in a certain niche.

Due to Instagram’s maturity and how long it has been a popular platform for influencers, it established a large influencer-presence long ago. One major and increasing problem is being able to identify authentic and engaging influencers to promote your specific product. My advice is to find an influencer that believes in your product.
What are some common tools and strategies to help grow your presence on Instagram? Are you currently using any tools?
I think it is more important to have a good strategy than certain tools. Deliver consistent messaging that your audience is looking for. Each brand is different and needs to test and implement its own strategy.
What advice would you give to a new business that wants to gain and grow its paid sponsorships?
My advice would be to look for influencers who have a story to tell, genuinely believe in your product and have a loyal audience with whom they engage on a daily basis. Macro-influencers may not necessarily be your answer. Working with micro and mid-sized influencers can sometimes bring better results as their engagement rates are often much higher.
How do you think Influencer Marketing will grow among small businesses in near future?
More than ever, we are turning to social media for inspiration and entertainment. Influencers are becoming a must for marketing and even small businesses will have to consider influencer marketing in their future budgets.

Make sure to outline specific contract details and deliverables for both sides. Influencer marketing can be a big investment so make sure that you have discussed all possible terms to prevent future legal headaches.
