How would you compare Influencer Marketing with digital advertising?
Influencer marketing has a more personalized feel to it with people advertising through word-of-mouth. Whereas digital marketing does not usually advertise through word-of-mouth. Influencers also have more of an impact relative to their audience size than other digital marketing methods do.

I see Instagram influencers playing a vital role in retail marketing and personalized product reviews. Over a long period of time, I would rather work exclusively with specific influencers as they would understand the product better than influencers that I hire on a one-time basis.
What are some common tools and strategies to help grow your presence on Instagram? Are you currently using any tools?
I mainly use Instagram Reels but also find Instagram Shop to be very useful.

Retail and Product Reviews.
What advice would you give to a new business that wants to gain and grow its paid sponsorships?
Engage micro-influencers as they have a more loyal audience, despite it being smaller.
How do you think Influencer Marketing will grow among small businesses in the near future?
I think Instagram will become more popular for influencers and small businesses alike. I think that small businesses will benefit greatly from creating their own profiles, creating their own great content and then using influencers to further promote their Instagram presence.

I find my influencers through manual searches on Instagram, and payments are done through bank transfers.
